If you find yourself standing in Arizona at the camp of Frank Lloyd Wright, called
Taliesin West, you would need to travel nearly 2110 miles to enter the Pittsburgh city limits.
Taliesin West is a short person's dream. The rooms are small, the ceilings are low. All the angles and oranges don't say comfort to me, but there is no denying the spectacular design at work in anything Mr. Wright built.
From Arizona, you can come east and visit Fallingwater. Tours cost 16 dollars, but you don't just see a house. You get to experience architecture living in harmony with nature. The website for Fallingwater is even peaceful with the sounds of water flowing and birds chirping.
